Chart Room — What this site records
The short version
This site is a catalogue. It has no accounts, no basket and no checkout, so there is nothing here to register for and no payment details to hand over.
What is stored
Our host keeps standard server logs — address requested, time, browser string, a truncated network address — for a short period to keep the site up and to spot abuse. We read them in aggregate.
No advertising profile is built from your visit, and no third-party tracker is loaded on these pages.
When you leave this site
Pressing a buy button opens the partner store in a new tab. From that moment the store's own privacy terms apply to what you do there, including anything it needs to record to take an order. We never see your payment details.
If you write to the yard we keep the thread so the next reply has context, and we delete it on request. Nobody writing to the yard is signed up to anything.
