A missing or wrong brick

Write to the yard with the model name and the step number from the booklet. We keep spares of every part in every set on the shelf and we post them out; the model does not need to come apart and nothing needs to be sent back to us.

A broken or faulty build

If a part arrives cracked or a mechanism does not work as the booklet says it should, tell us and we will replace the part. Where the fault means the whole set has to go back, the partner store handles the collection under its own policy — open the order in your account there and the options appear on the order itself.

What is covered

Moulding faults, short bags and mechanisms that fail in normal use, for as long as the model is on our shelf. Wear from play, sun-faded colour on a model kept in a window and parts modified on purpose are not.

Keeping a build healthy

Dust with a soft brush, not a dry cloth. Keep a finished model out of direct sun. If a stand has to be moved with the ship mounted, carry the base with both hands and let the hull travel upright.
