The fastest way to reach a person is email. One of us reads it; there is no ticket queue. Tell us the model name and, if it is a build question, the step number from the printed booklet — that is usually enough to answer in one reply.

• Build questions: a step that will not seat, a bag that looks short, a part you cannot place.

What has to go through the store
